  • Brand Finance was appointed by Groupe Danone to value the Frucor Beverages Group which Danone acquired in February 2002
  • The 4 key brands are V, Mizone, Just Juice and Fresh-up which are sold predominantly in the Australasian region.
  • Using the royalty relief and economic use methods, Brand Finance valued these brands to support the brand values to be recognised in the financial statements in compliance with FAS 141 “Business Combinations”.
