Gautam Sen Gupta, Managing Director and Partner
Gautam is an MBA with specialization in marketing, and holds an undergraduate degree in engineering. He has over 28 years experience in marketing and consulting, initially with the Taj Group of Hotels on secondment from the Tata Administrative Service, and thereafter as a Partner and Director of Market Vision Research and Consulting Services FZ-LLC, a specialist research and marketing consultancy based in Dubai. In the latter capacity, he has provided marketing consulting services across industry sectors, to a diverse set of companies in the Middle East region - financial services, investors and investment firms, education, healthcare, services, manufacturing, hotels and tourism.
Gautam is an invited member on the World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO)’s Worldwide Panel of Tourism Experts since 2003. He is a regular speaker at various forums in the tourism industry, both in the Middle East region and overseas. He is President (2007-2008) and Founder Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Dubai chapter, and is a member of the Indian Business and Professional Council in Dubai, UAE. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Kumud Sengupta, Director
An MBA by qualification, Kumud has over 23 years of work experience in the fields of marketing, research & consulting. Having worked on over 300 research & consulting assignments during her career, Kumud brings in-depth knowledge of and expertise in strategy development for products and brands, across a wide range of industry sectors ranging from consumer goods to financial services and leisure & tourism.
For over a decade, she has been the promoter-director of Market Vision, a research & consulting firm, based in Dubai, UAE. As a partner in Brand Finance Middle East, Kumud leads the process of brand equity measurement, strategy development and value-based marketing to the benefit of clients in the region.
