Our People
Michael has a Masters degree in Economics from Cambridge University, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Marketer. Michael trained in accountancy with Arthur Andersen, where he worked as a corporate tax consultant, advising predominantly on international taxation issues for media and oil and gas clients. He was also seconded to AA’s offices in Kazakhstan to support the growing tax consulting department there, servicing local and international finance and oil and gas industry clients.
Since joining Brand Finance, Michael has managed brand valuation projects in Spain, Brazil, Singapore and the UK. He has worked on brand valuations for purposes such as marketing strategy setting, tax and balance sheet, joint ventures, private equity and performance tracking.
